TRI NATIONS - NEW ZEALAND v SOUTH AFRICA
South Africa travel to Hamilton at the weekend needing just a draw against the All Blacks to secure their first Tri Nations title since 2004. The Springboks will be looking to make it a clean sweep of victories over the All Blacks this year, having already defeated them in Bloemfontein and Durban. We'll have full highlights and reaction from Waikato Stadium.
RWC 2011 - TWO YEARS TO GO
We'll bring you a report from a ceremony that was held in Hamilton last week to mark the two-year countdown to Rugby World Cup 2011 in New Zealand.

The French Top 14 continues at the weekend and we'll have the best of the action, including Racing Metro 92's visit to Clermont Auvergne, plus highlights of the Currie Cup match between the Lions and the Leopards. We'll also have reports from the Magners League and the Guinness Premiership.
KYRAN BRACKEN ON ICE
We visit Kyran Bracken's Ice Party Show at the Bournemouth International Centre. The former England scrum half, who won 51 Test caps, retired from rugby in 2004. Bracken then tried his hand at ice skating to appear on ITV's Dancing On Ice and went on to win the 2007 contest.
L'AQUILA UPDATE
In April this year the Italian town of L'Aquila was struck by a deadly earthquake. The support of the rugby community to the families of those killed and injured has been heart-warming. We revisted L'Aquila at the weekend to see how the rugby club and the community is coping in the aftermath of the tragedy.
